Terms of Service

Effective October 19, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Cleary Creative LLC ("we"), which operates Noble & Paw.

The service

We create custom pet portraits using AI image generation from photos you provide. Every portrait goes through automated quality checks and human review, and is shown to you as a proof before printing. Portraits are AI-generated art, not hand-painted.

Your photos

You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload. You keep ownership of them and give us a limited licence to use them to make, review and fulfil your order. We won't use them in marketing without your separate permission.

Previews

Free previews are watermarked, low-resolution and for personal viewing only. We limit the number of free previews per person and per day.

Proofs and revisions

After purchase, we prepare a proof. You can approve it or request up to two revisions. Nothing is printed until you approve. If we can't produce a proof you're happy with after two revisions, you may request a full refund before printing.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are charged through Stripe at checkout. The site is currently in test mode; no real payments are processed.

Shipping, damage and refunds

We ship within the United States. If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it. Because each portrait is custom, we can't accept returns of approved, correctly printed orders.

Ownership of the portrait

You may display, share and reproduce your portrait for personal, non-commercial use. We may keep a copy for reprints and support.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
