How soon can a memorial portrait arrive?
Your preview appears in about a minute. The finished proof follows within a day, and framed portraits ship three to five business days after you approve.
Can you leave out a collar, cone or lead?
Of course. Mention it in your notes and it will be gone from the portrait.
Can I add their name and dates?
Yes, on the private tribute page that opens from the code on the back of the frame.
