When a family loses a pet, staff are often asked "is there something we can do to remember them?" Our partner programme gives you a dignified answer: a memorial portrait the family approves before it's printed, framed and delivered to their door.
How the referral code works
- Each partner gets a short code (for example OAKVET) and a stack of printed sympathy cards with a QR code.
- Families scan the card or enter the code at checkout and receive a courtesy discount.
- Partners earn a referral fee on every completed order, paid monthly, or can choose to donate it to a local rescue.
- No inventory, no staff time, and no upselling at the counter. The card does the work.
Why families trust it
- A proof they approve before anything prints, with up to two revisions.
- Faithful markings, plus special features such as a missing leg or odd eyes kept, not "corrected".
- A QR on the frame back that opens a short animated version and a private tribute page.
- Honest about craft: portraits are digitally painted from the family's photographs.
