Privacy Policy

Noble & Paw is operated by Cleary Creative LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Photos you upload and the details you enter (pet name, species, style, special features, notes).
• Order details: name, email, shipping address and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and approximate location, collected with PostHog analytics. Session recordings mask every form input.
• IP address, used briefly to rate-limit free previews and prevent abuse.

How we use it

To generate previews and portraits, review proofs, fulfil and ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Service providers acting for us: fal.ai (AI image generation and automated quality review), Stripe (payments), Printful or a similar print partner (printing and shipping), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics), and an email provider for order and proof messages. Each receives only what it needs.

AI-generated art

Portraits are created with AI image models from your photos, checked by an automated QC system that compares them with your photos, and reviewed by a person before you see a proof.

Retention

Preview uploads are kept for up to 30 days. Order photos and final files are kept for up to 2 years so we can reprint or support you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your California rights

Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither for cross-context advertising). We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Email privacy@nobleandpaw.com (address activates at launch) to make a request.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13.

We'll post updates here with a new effective date.
